NCS Sub-processors

Nkponani works with third-party service providers to support the delivery and operation of its services. Some of these providers may process personal data on Nkponani's behalf as part of the services they provide.
This document lists Nkponani's subprocessors and explains the services they provide and the types of data they may process. The list will be updated when relevant changes occur.
Not every third-party provider is a subprocessor. The providers included in this list are those confirmed to process personal data on Nkponani's behalf, subject to the applicable service arrangements
1. Subprocessor List
Nkponani will maintain the following information about its subprocessors.

2. Changes to Subprocessors
Nkponani will review and update this list when relevant changes occur to its subprocessors or their services.
Where required by applicable law or contractual commitments, Nkponani will provide appropriate notice of changes to subprocessors in accordance with the applicable requirements.
